These terms cover the Gallery Declutter AI launch website. They are a practical draft and should be reviewed before public paid launch.

Purpose of the site

The site explains Gallery Declutter AI, collects waitlist interest, and may sell a €5 Founding Cleaner Pass. The Android app is local-only by default: no photo or video content leaves the phone for cleanup unless a future feature clearly asks for separate consent.

No automatic deletion promise

The product promise is: Your photos stay on your phone. You approve every delete. The launch page must not be read as a promise to delete media automatically or recover files after deletion.

Availability

The launch site, signup form, and payment flow may change while the product is being validated. We may pause signups or payments if there is abuse, a technical issue, or a legal/compliance issue.

Acceptable use

Do not attack the site, submit fake or abusive signups, try to access other people’s data, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Third-party services

Payments may be handled by Stripe. Hosting, database, and email providers may process signup records for us. Their own terms may apply to their services.

Liability

The launch site is provided for early validation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product moves from launch validation to public release. Material changes to the Founding Cleaner Pass should be communicated to pass holders.
